Information we process
Accord processes account information such as your email address, the questions and files you submit, model responses, saved conversations, automatically extracted user memories and panel settings, and usage records needed to operate the service.
How we use it
We use this information to provide Accord, authenticate accounts, personalize future answers, save history and settings, meter plan usage, process payments, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
Service providers
Accord relies on service providers for authentication and data storage, AI model access, payments, and hosting. Information is shared with them only as needed to provide those functions. Prompts, relevant memories, and attachments may be sent to the model providers selected for a panel.
Your choices
You can review and delete memories, remove provider credentials, and manage billing from Account. Do not submit information you do not want processed by the selected AI providers.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

We may update this notice as Accord changes. The date above identifies the current version.
